Entry to the Promotion is open to permanent Australian Residents who are aged 18 years or older (“Eligible Entrants”) and who meet one of the Entry Requirements. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Australian Resident” means a person who resides in Australia at the start of the Promotion Period and who holds Australian citizenship or holds an Australian permanent residency visa. Employees of GetCreditScore, SocietyOne Australia Pty Ltd, Veda Advantage Information Services and Solutions Pty Ltd and their related bodies corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001) or immediate families of employees of the aforementioned entities are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 00.01 AEDT on Monday 17 October 2016 and ends at 23:59 AEDT on Sunday 20 November 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
The Promotion is open to Eligible Entrants who fulfil one or both of the following Entry Requirements:
(a) Individual Entry
An Eligible Entrant requests their individual credit score by visiting the GetCreditScore website at www.getcreditscore.com.au, completing the credit score application form by providing their personal details in the required fields and submitting the form by clicking on the ‘Get my score now’ box (“credit score application”).
When an Eligible Entrant, during the Promotion Period, first submits a credit score application they will receive one automatic entry in each Prize draw (“Individual Entry”). Subsequent credit score applications submitted by the same Eligible Entrant will not result in any additional Individual Entries.
(b) ‘Refer a Friend’ Entries
An Eligible Entrant who submits a credit score application during the Promotion Period will receive an email at the email address they provided to GetCreditScore, containing information about the Promotion, together with a designated web link, unique to the Eligible Entrant (“Unique Referral Link”).
The Eligible Entrant may forward or otherwise share the email and their Unique Referral Link with other persons for the purpose of referring them to the GetCreditScore website.
For each Referred Person who, during the Promotion Period, has not already submitted a credit score application and uses the Eligible Entrant’s Unique Referral Link to submit a credit score application (“Referred Person”), the Eligible Entrant will receive 5 automatic entries in each Prize draw (“Refer a Friend Entries”).
There is no limit on the number of persons with whom an Eligible Entrant may share their Unique Referral Link and there is no limit on the number of Refer a Friend Entries an Eligible Entrant can receive.
During the Promotion Period, GetCreditScore may at its discretion provide Unique Referral Links to individuals who have not submitted a credit score application during the Promotion Period.
PRIZES:
Where an Eligible Entrant has been allocated multiple entries and is drawn from a Prize draw more than once, that Eligible Entrant will not win more than one Cash Prize.
Prizes are non-transferrable and are not redeemable for any form of credit.
The total allocated Prize pool is a maximum of $125,000.00 (“Prize Pool”).
