Who can enter the Booktopia promotions?

Eligible entrants are new and existing Booktopia customers in Australia who make a purchase from www.booktopia.com.au during the specified promotion period. Employees of Booktopia and their immediate families are ineligible. Participants under 18 need parental/guardian permission.

When do the promotions close?

The promotion period for each prize giveaway varies. For example, the 'New Year New You' promotion ends at 11.59 pm on 31 January 2024 AEDT.

How can one enter?

Entrants must purchase a featured product from Booktopia during the competition period. Each order including a featured product constitutes one entry. Entrants must be opted into receiving Booktopia emails.

What are the prizes?

The prizes vary. For the 'New Year New You' promotion, there are 5 prizes, each being a LSKD eGift Card worth $500 AUD, redeemable in LSKD stores or online.

What is the total prize pool amount?

For the 'New Year New You' promotion, the total prize pool is valued at $2,500 AUD.

Where and when will the winners be drawn?

The prize draws will take place at Level 6, 1A Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138. The draw date for the 'New Year New You' promotion is after 31 January 2024.

How will winners be notified?

Winners will be notified by email and announced by 7 February 2024. If winners cannot be contacted within a specified time after the draw, a second chance redraw may occur.

Are the prizes transferable?

No, all prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Are there any specific conditions for minors?

If a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.

What is the maximum value of any one prize?

No individual prize in the Booktopia promotions will exceed $3000 AUD.
