Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are a parent or legal guardian of a child aged 15 or under. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences at 12:00pm on 10th April 2015 and closes at 12:00pm AEDST on 24th August 2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must capture an original video or photo of their child, aged 15 or under, doing something related to the current monthly them ("Theme") at the time of the entry that amazes them (“Entry”).
The Themes for each month are:
10th April to 4th May - Sports
8th May to 1st June - Cooking
5th June - 29th June 2015 - Technology & Play
3rd July - 27th July 2015 - Arts & Craft
31st July - 24th August 2015 - Dance & Performing
To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, either:
upload their Video via Instagram, with the post containing both a short description of the Video and the hashtag #FeedTheirAmazingness. Entrants must act in accordance with Instagram’s requirements and terms of use at all times, which can be viewed here: http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/; or
visit the Tip Top Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/tiptop (“Facebook Page”), upload their Video to the Facebook Page, with the post containing both a short description of the Video and the hashtag #FeedTheirAmazingness. Entrants must act in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed here: www.facebook.com/terms.php.
PRIZES:
One (1) valid entry, as determined by the judges, will be selected within 48 hours of each Monthly Theme Period and will win a monthly prize (Prize) of $500.
Total prize pool value is $2,500. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
