How will the winners be notified?

Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners of prizes valued over $250 or any winners from ACT will be published on www.cenovis.com.au on Thursday 2nd November 2023.

What if a prize remains unclaimed?

A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on Friday 17th November 2023 at the same location as the original draw. Winners from this draw will be notified by email within two (2) business days and will be published on www.Cenovis.com.au on Tuesday 21st November 2023.

What is the prize description and its value?

The prize is an Eco-Getaway: $600 Red Balloon Gift Voucher. There are 5 of these prizes available, each valued at $600. The gift vouchers can be redeemed on any Red Balloon Activity. Any costs associated with redeeming the voucher that exceed its value are the responsibility of the winner. The vouchers have a 12-month expiry from the date of issue and must be redeemed by 27th October 2024.

What is the total value of the prize pool?

The total prize pool is valued at up to $3000.
