What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool is valued at $1,245. This includes five chocolate hampers at $200 each, totaling $1,000, and five candles at $49 each, totaling $245.
How will winners be notified?
Winners will be selected via a random draw at 1:00pm on Monday, 10th February 2025, and will be notified via email. They must provide accurate delivery details to claim their prizes.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?
If a prize is unclaimed or if the winner cannot meet the Terms and Conditions by 9:00am on Tuesday, 11th February 2025, a second chance draw will occur at 10:00am on the same day. All eligible entries will be entered into this draw.
Are prizes exchangeable or transferable?
Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
What are the responsibilities of the winners?
Winners may be required to sign a legal release and must accept any additional expenses incurred from accepting the prize. Proof of identity and residency may be requested to claim the prize.
What is the promoter's liability regarding the prize?
Haigh’s Chocolates will not be liable for any loss or damage related to the competition or prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
