- Entry to this competition is only open to people residing in Australia. An entrant must be 16 years of age and over. Employees of, or contractors to Organic Times Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter.
- The competition commences Thursday 15th November and closes 11:59 pm Thursday 6th December 2018.
- Eligible entrants can enter by filling out the online competition entry form at https://organictimes.com.au/competition
- The 5 x winners will be chosen by the discretion of the judging panel.
- The winners will be announced on Facebook and via the Organic Times newsletter on Thursday 13th December 2018.
- The Promoter will take no responsibility for lost or damaged prize.
- Each prize contains: The winner’s choice of 1 x Milk or Dark Chocolate Christmas Medley Gift Box. Valued at $34.95. Any tax implications for Eligible Persons, which may arise from this Competition are the responsibility of the Eligible Persons, and independent advice should be sought.
- If the Prize is unclaimed or the winning entrants are unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions by 4pm, Thursday 13th December 2018, then a second chance draw will take place at 9am, Friday 15h December 2018. All Eligible Entrants who have submitted an entry during the competition period will be entered the second chance prize draw. In the event of a winner, they will be notified via email.
- The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any written directions under State or Territory legislation.
- All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
