2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2 and 2.3, entry is open to residents of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne,
Adelaide and Perth aged 18 years and above, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“Promoter”), TEG Live Pty Ltd (“Sponsor”) and their associated agencies and companies and any
prize suppliers are not eligible to enter. Reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a
spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
2.3 If the Prize Winner (“Winner”) is unable to attend the Opening Night in the city they reside
(Brisbane: 21 July 2023, Sydney: 3 August 2023, Melbourne: 17 August 2023, Adelaide: 31
August 2023, Perth: 15 September 2023) they will be deemed invalid, and therefore will forfeit
the prize in full and a re-judging will take place as specified in clause 5.4 of these terms and
conditions.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 7th November 2022 at 05:30am (AEDT) and
concludes on Friday 11th November 2022 at 10:00am (AEDT) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must:
? Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state and postcode),
email address, and mobile phone number on the Sunrise Cirque du Soleil Competition page
[Sunrise.com.au]; and
? Submit an answer to the Competition question, “In 25 words or less tell us why you would like to
run away to the circus?”.
3.3 Entries must be received by Friday 11th November 2022 at 10:00am (AEDT). Entries will be deemed
to be accepted at the time of receipt and not the time of transmission.
3.4 Entries are limited to one entry per person per day. However, each entry must be significantly
different to any previous entry.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other
parties.
3.6 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The prize
winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all
media worldwide and the prize winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.7 Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or
inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any

intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered
ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no
correspondence will be entered into.
3.8 Neither the Promoter, Sponsor or Ansible Pty Ltd are responsible for any data or other information
related to this Competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or
hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will
be rectified as quickly as possible.
3.9 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry will
be deemed invalid.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be five (5) prize winners (“Winners”) of the Competition, one (1) Winner per city
(Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth). Each Winner will be awarded:
• Four (4) x VIP tickets to Opening Night in the city where the Winner resides closest to
(Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth) including entry to pre-show & interval
function.
• Meet & Greet and photo opportunity with a cast member
• VIP Lanyard
TOTAL MAXIMUM PRIZE POOL VALUE: $15,000.00 AUD
4.2 The Prize value cited in 4.1 is approximate retail value.
4.3 Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or traded for an alternative prize or transferred to another
performance date or city.
4.4 The Winner’s companions can be under 18 years of age as long as they are accompanied by an
adult.
4.5 Allocated seats will be A reserve.
4.6 Prize redemption may be rescheduled or cancelled if the performance or performances are
rescheduled or cancelled for any reason directly or indirectly related to coronavirus (Covid-19) or
variants of coronavirus, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

by the time stipulated by the Promoter in its absolute discretion (as applicable), then the prize (or
that component of the prize) will be forfeited.
4.8 If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right
to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value in lieu, subject
to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4.9 Winners and their companions must abide by all conditions of entry to the venue (including any
applicable age restriction) which will be provided to Winners.
4.10 Any and all components of the prize(s) must be taken together and when offered or are forfeited.
4.11 Prize inclusions and details are correct as of Wednesday 2 November 2022 however subject to
change without advance notice.
4.12 Unless specified, the Winners and their companions are responsible for all other expenses incurred,
including but not limited to transport, meals, beverages. Items of a personal nature are the sole
responsibility of the Winner and their companions.

4.13 The Promoter, Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies or any organization or
individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the safety
conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
4.14 By participating in the Competition, the Winners and companions agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to
being interviewed and photographed. The Winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and nonexclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winners will
not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.15 The Winners agree that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs
to any media or other organization.
4.16 The Winners must provide valid identification to the Promoter upon the Promoter’s request. Failure
to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Prize at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4.17 Subject to state permit authority restrictions, the Promoter may reasonably amend these terms and
conditions, orally or in writing, in its absolute discretion.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be five (5) Winners of the Competition, one (1) Winner per city (Brisbane, Sydney,
Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth).
5.2 Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all details
in accordance with clause 3 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the Competition.
5.3 The Winners will be the best valid entries as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the
Promoter having regard to suitability, worthiness and creativity at Ansible Pty Ltd Level 3 100
Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 by Friday 11th November 2022 at 12:00pm (AEDT). The
Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
5.4 The Winners names will be published on the Sunrise website within three (3) business days of
judging. The Winners will be contacted by telephone or email within three (3) business days of the
publication. All necessary efforts will be taken to contact the Winners. If a Prize remains unclaimed
or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a re-judging, as required, at
the same time and place as the original judging, on Monday 13 February 2023. The alternative
Winner, if any, will be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the re-judging
and their name published on the Sunrise website within three (3) business days of re-judging.
5.5 The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the
result.
5.6 Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5.7 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winners must comply with all the conditions of use
of the Prize and Sponsors requirements. Prizes are subject to Sponsor and prize suppliers Terms
and Conditions.
5.8 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winners may be required to sign a legal release in a
form determined by the Promoter or the Sponsor in their absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly
hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner
described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures,
tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, COVID-19, epidemic,

government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel,
modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the
Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a
substitute prize.
6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, TEG Live Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and
companies will not take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or
misdirected mail.
6.3 Promoter, Sponsor and prize suppliers are not responsible for any costs associated with Prize
collection.
6.4 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, TEG Live Pty Ltd, Ansible Pty Ltd and their associated
agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but
not limited to consequential loss), expenses, damages or claim that may occur:
? during the judging;
? whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or
? in the participation in any prize;
? as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
? due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any
material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other
entrants or any other person;
? in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems
or traffic congestion; and
? arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment,
software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer
software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but
not limited to computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any
other causes beyond the control of the Promoter and/ or Sponsor which corrupt or affect the
administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter
reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Competition, subject to state government legislation.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole
discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or production
requirements.
6.7 The Promoter and Ansible Pty Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any
individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper
conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s and the Sponsor’s legal rights to recover damages or
other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6.8 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, TEG Live Pty Ltd and Ansible Pty Ltd assume no responsibility
for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries,
and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.9 By entering the Competition, and by collecting the Prize, the Winner acknowledges and accepts that
driving, travel and any other activities comprising the Prize, are inherently dangerous and may result
in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. Neither the Promoter nor the
Sponsor or prize supplier are responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or
industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst a Winner is travelling. It is the responsibility
of the Winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel.

7. PROMOTER’S DETAILS
7.1 The Promoter is Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) of Media City, 8 Central
Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015.
7.2 The Sponsor is TEG Live Pty Ltd (ABN 25 150 055 100) of Level 3, 175 Liverpool St, Sydney NSW
2000.
7.3 With your express consent to do so, by opting in via the competition entry form, the Sponsor will
handle entrant’s personal information (e.g., first name, last name, address, suburb, state, postcode,
phone number, email address, date of birth) in accordance with their privacy policy, which can be
accessed at https://www.cirquedusoleil.com/legal/privacy-policy. The Sponsor’s Privacy Policy may
be updated from time to time, and it will be the entrant’s responsibility to keep up to date with any
changes to the Privacy Policy. The entrant may at any time, opt out of receiving contact from the
Sponsor by e-mailing privacy@cirquedusoleil.com. 7.4 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052
845 262) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting your personal information for the purpose of
conducting and promoting this Competition, including for the purpose of identifying and notifying the
Winner, prize fulfilment and understanding our audiences. Seven will otherwise handle your
personal information in accordance with Seven’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website at
http://www.sevenwestmedia.com.au/privacy-policies (and which contains information regarding how
you can access your personal information, correct it and/ or make a complaint about our handling of
your personal information). By providing your personal information below, you agree to the terms of
the Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, Seven may disclose the entrant’s personal
information to its related entities, business partners and external service providers for research and
profiling purposes as well as other purposes reasonably related to the entrant’s relationship with
Seven. In addition, by entering this competition, you consent to Seven using your personal
information for the purpose of Seven and its related entities sending you information regarding
