The competition is open to all residents of Australia. Overseas entries or submissions cannot be accepted.

Entries can be made until 9am on Wednesday, 12 July 2023.

To enter the competition, participants must comment on the specified post stating why they would like to win. Each person can only enter the competition or giveaway once. Multiple entries from the same person will not be considered.

Five winners will receive a copy of Jason Pamment’s latest graphic novel, "Ember and the Island of Lost Creatures".

The terms and conditions do not specify the exact value of the prize. However, it's likely equivalent to the retail cost of five copies of "Ember and the Island of Lost Creatures". Please note: If you are selected as a winner, Better Reading will contact you to request your postal details to send the prize. If you do not provide these details within 30 days, another winner will be chosen. If your prize is lost due to postal service errors, Better Reading is not responsible for replacing it. If the details you provide are inaccurate, Better Reading will follow up to confirm them. However, if you fail to respond within two weeks, a new prize winner will be selected.
