Promotional Terms and Conditions.
1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotional period begins on the 12th March 2017 and ends on the 26th March, 2017 at 11.59pm AEDST.
3. Eligible entrants must Like Bluemouth Interactive’s Facebook Page during the promotional period + enter the codeword on the Bluemouth wall or comments section - + hit share - for the entry to be considered valid, AND/OR for 2nd chance entries:
3A. follow Bluemouth Interactive on Twitter (https://twitter.com/BluemouthInt) during the promotional period + Retweet the Mass Effect Andromeda promotional post - for the entry to be considered valid,
3b. follow Bluemouth Interactive on Instagram (https://instagram.com/bluemouthinteractive/) during the promotional period + Like the Mass Effect Andromeda promotional post - for the entry to be considered valid,
4. Employees of Bluemouth Interactive, EA and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
5. The random draw will take place on or around at 10.00am on the 27th March, 2017 at Bluemouth Interactive, Level 2, 2 Darling Street, South Yarra, 3141. Prize winners name will be published on the Facebook / Twitter page by 29th March, 2017. Winners will be advised via Facebook / Twitter, as appropriate.
6. The first 5 randomly-drawn, eligible entries will each receive:
1 x Mass Effect Andromeda game – valued at AUD$99.95 – on either Xbox One or PS4 or PC. (PAL). Winner to nominate format.
1 x Mass Effect Andromeda CE Strategy Guide - valued at $59.95.

7. Photo Identity will be required to claim the prize. A clear link between the Facebook / Twitter page of the winning entry and the person claiming to be the winner and the rightful owner of the Facebook account– must be able to be demonstrated by the claimant.
8. If a dispute as to the winner’s identity arises, an Australian Commonwealth statutory declaration, (or relevant country-specific equivalent) - must be signed by the winner in the presence of an authorised witness to justify the claimed identity. Two persons may not claim ownership of the one Facebook account. In such as case, the prize claim will be deemed invalid to both winners and a re-draw performed.
9. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 1 May, 2017 in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation.
10. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
11. If any winner is under the age of 15 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on their behalf.
