COMPETITON TERMS ANDCONDITIONS – “WIN 1 OF 5 SAMSONITE COSMOLITE CASES in COPPER BLUSH” Competition
The promoter is Samsonite Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 310 063 63 248) of 5 Anzed Court, Mulgrave Victoria 3170 ('Us', 'We' and 'Our' from this point on) on behalf of Strandbags and Samsonite. We will facilitate the fulfilment and management of the competition and prizes.
These are the Terms and Conditions for the Samsonite “WIN 1 OF 5 SAMSONITE COSMOLITE CASES in COPPER BLUSH” competition.
Who Can Enter –
1. Entry is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 16 years and over. Employees of Samsonite and Strandbags, their immediate family and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
When To Enter –
2. The promotion commences at 10am 8th August 2016 (AEDT) and closes at 11.59pm 22nd August 2016 (AEST).
How To Enter –
3. To complete an entry, individuals will need to:
• Click the Facebook app on the Strandbags Facebook page to enter competition (https://www.facebook.com/StrandbagsStores/)
• Watch a 30 second video
• Answer a simple multiple choice questions based on the video
• Enter their first and last name, email address, country, contact number, date of birth
• Tick: Terms and conditions
• Tick: Keep me up to date with the latest from Strandbags and Samsonite (optional)
• Submit
Entrants who have completed all of these steps will be directed to an “entry submitted” page and
will be in the draw to win.
4. This competition is a game of chance and not skill. The winner will be randomly selected electronically from correct answers.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person, per individual e-mail address. No entries will be accepted before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
Prize -
6. Ten (10) entrants will win a prize.
- Five (5) entrants will win the Major Prize. The prize includes:
1 x Samsonite Cosmolite 3 55cm Spinner in Copper Blush (RRP $579)
- Five (5) entrants will each win a Minor Prize. The prize includes:
1 x Copper Blush Gift Pack (RRP $100)

Draw -
There will be one draw for the minor prize winners and one draw for the major prize winners.
Minor prize winners:
Five entrants will be electronically drawn as the minor prize winners on Wednesday 24th August 2016 at 10am. The winners will be announced on 29th August 2016 (once contact has been made with winners) on Strandbags Facebook page via a winners post (https://www.facebook.com/StrandbagsStores/).
Major prize winners:
Five major prize winners will be drawn on Wednesday 24th August 2016 at 10am (AEST) at Samsonite Australia, 5 Anzed Court Mulgrave 3170 VIC. The winners of the competition will be announced on 29th August 2016 (once contact has been made with winners) on the Strandbags Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/StrandbagsStores/).
All winners will be publically announced via the Strandbags Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/StrandbagsStores/) once the promoter has made contact with the winner. 
If any winners cannot be contacted or do not contact the promoter by 5pm on 24th November 2016 the winner will forfeit their prize and the promoter will redraw the winner of the prize at 10am on 25th November 2016.
7. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or sold. Prizes are subject to change by the promoter. Luggage style and colour is at the discretion of the promoter.
8. Winners will be contacted via email to accept their prize and provide a contact number and delivery address for their prize. Samsonite will send the prizes to the winners’ delivery addresses. No PO boxes will be accepted as postal addresses.
Samsonite accepts no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided email or telephone information. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
The winners will be publically announced, using their full names, on the Strandbags Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/StrandbagsStores/) via a winners’ announcement.

9. We (and each of our related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever that is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion, the receipt or use of this prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, or providers, computer equipment, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to, any injury or damage you may suffer or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster we reserve the right (subject to any written directions under applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
