Promotion commences on 08/05/2019 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on04/06/2019 (“Promotional Period”).5. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase a 750ml bottle of De Bortoli Windy Peakfrom a Participating Outlet during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). Aparticipating outlet is any Bottlemart retailer that stocks De Bortoli Windy Peak (each a “Participating Outlet”).6. To enter, individuals must then visit https://bottlemart.com.au/melba-membership, follow theprompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details (including their full name,street address, email address, date of birth and contact number) and submit the fullycompleted online entry form during the Promotional Period.7. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase.Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolutediscretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture ofany right to a prize. All purchase receipt(s) must clearly identify the outlet of purchase (whichmust be a Participating Outlet), that a 750ml bottle of De Bortoli Windy Peak was purchasedand the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotional Period).8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breachedany of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in anyunlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of thepromotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by thePromoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offenderare reserved.9. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.10. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) one (1) entry is permitted per QualifyingPurchase (i.e. per 750ml bottle of De Bortoli Windy Peak purchased); (b) each entry must besubmitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements and (c) a maximum of five(5) entries are permitted per person per day. 11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.12. The draws will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, Erina Plaza, 210 Central CoastHighway, Erina NSW 2250 on 06/06/2019 at 10am AEST. The Promoter may draw additionalreserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.Winners will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published online at https://bottlemart.com.au/melba-membership from13/06/2019.
