Win 1 of 5 double passes to the Bicycle Film Festival including a pair of Onitsuka Tigers for you and a buddy! - The Good Things Come in Pairs Competition (a) Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. (b) The promoter is ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd. (c) The The Good Things Come in Pairs  competition commences at 3pm (AEDST) Friday 19th October 2012 and closes at 12pm (AEDST) on Thursday 25th October 2012. (d) The The Good Things Come in Pairs  competition is open to Sydney residents only. In the event an entrant is found to be from outside Australia this entry with not be included for competition. (e) "This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Onitsuka Tiger and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for announcing you as the winner and contacting you, via e mail, to arrange delivery of your prize. (f) You may enter more than once. There is no minimum number of entries. (g) The design you submit must be a .jpg, .tiff, or .png format and no more than 1 MB in size. Please do not send designs larger than this size as they will not be considered a valid entry and therefore not qualify for judging. All entries become property of ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd. (h) Entry in the Onitsuka Tiger “The Good Things Come in Pairs ” Competition is open to Australian residents except employees of ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd including their families, agents and anyone else connected with the competition. (i) Competition Winners will be judged at 12:00PM (AEDST) on Thursday 25th October 2012. The winners pics and name will be announced on http://www.facebook.com/onitsukatigerau (j) Chance plays no part in determining the winner.  Entries will be judged in regard to design skill and composition by Onitsuka Tiger and ASICS Head Office Judges (“the Judges”). (k) Winners will be notified by telephone/ e-mail/ Facebook announcement. (l) If you win, you must claim your prize at the Box Office at the Bicycle Film Festival Sydney. Unclaimed tickets will not be transferred. Shoe vouchers can also be claimed at the Box Office of the Sydney Bicycle Film Festival. Unclaimed vouchers will be sent within 28 days after we have notified you.  (m) The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. (n) Participation is not transferrable and not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services.  If for any reason any promotion associated with the Design Competition is not capable of running as planned, ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd reserves the right in its absolute discretion (subject always to any direction given by a relevant gaming or lotteries authority where applicable) to cancel, terminate, extend, modify or suspend the promotion.  ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd may in its discretion disqualify any individual who tampers or interferes with the entry process. (o) Ownership of any images submitted to the Facebook competition gallery is regulated by these Terms and Conditions. (p) The competition prize awarded to the 5 winners as judged by the by Onitsuka Tiger and ASICS Head Office Judges (“the Judges”) will consist of one double pass to the Bicycle Film Festival Sydney and two vouchers valued at $180 each  (10) to be spent on Onitsuka Tiger shoes. Shoe sizes are restricted to US Men’s 4 – US Men’s 14. Shoe styles may vary depending on availability, as such only those shoes available at the time of competition judging will be awarded.
