Competition Details & Terms

Who can enter the Haigh’s Easter Competition 2024, and how can I enter?
The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 13 years and older. To enter, participants must visit www.haighschocolates.com.au and answer the question on the entry form.
When does the Haigh’s Easter Competition 2024 close?
The competition closes at 9:00 am on Monday, March 18th, 2024.
What are the prizes for the Haigh’s Easter Competition 2024?
Five winners will each receive a New Easter Collection Package valued at over $200. The total prize pool is $1,075.
How are winners selected and notified?
Winners will be selected by random draw from eligible entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place at 11:00 am on Monday, March 18th, 2024. Winners will be notified via email and directed to the closest Haigh’s store for prize collection.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?
If a prize is unclaimed or the winner cannot satisfy the terms and conditions, a second chance draw will take place at 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024. All eligible entrants will be entered into the second chance draw.
Are there any additional terms and conditions?
Participants must provide their email address to sign up for Haigh’s Chocolates e-News. Winners may be required to sign a legal release. Any attempt to resell or auction the prize will result in cancellation. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition. Entrants consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes.
Is there anything else I need to know?
The promoter collects personal information for the purpose of the competition and prize distribution. Participants can change their contact preferences at any time. Haigh’s Chocolate and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the competition, except where prohibited by law.
