Win 1 of 5 family 2015 Coates Hire Sydney 500 experiences! - WHO CAN ENTER?
An Entrant is eligible to win a Prize if they:
a) are a permanent resident of Australia; and
b) are a Foxtel, Foxtel Play, Optus TV featuring Foxtel, or Foxtel from Telstra subscriber, or live in a household with a Foxtel, Foxtel Play, Optus TV featuring Foxtel, or Foxtel from Telstra subscription and have the subscriber’s permission to enter the Promotion, and the subscription account is not in arrears from the Commencement Date until the Unclaimed Prize Determination Date; and
c) are over the age of 18, or, if under the age of 18, have their parent’s or guardian’s permission before entering the Promotion
and are not:
d) employees of:
i. the Promoter, Optus, or Telstra;
ii. the Supplier;
iii. any corporations or agencies related to the entities in paragraphs (i) and (ii) above; or
iv. any of the Relevant Parties; or
e) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by marriage or adoption) of a person who is an employee of any of the entities listed in paragraph (d) above.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
a) go to the Website; and
b) click on the Promotion link; and
c) complete all of the required data entry fields on the entry form; and
d) select an image; and
e) explain in 25 words or less, why the Entrant selected that image.
PRIZE:
The Major Prize consists of one (1) trip for the Major Prize Winner and four (4) guests (total of two (2) adults and up to three (3) children aged under 18 years) to Sydney, valued at a maximum of $11,689.40 (value subject to change depending on dates and departure location) and includes:
a) Return economy flights for the Major Prize Winner and four (4) guests from the Winner’s nearest capital city in Australia to Sydney Airport, except if the winner resides in NSW, valued at a maximum of $3,000.00; and
b) Three (3) nights’ accommodation for the Major Prize Winner and four (4) guests at The Quest, Sydney Olympic Park, valued at a maximum of $990.00 and
c) One (1) general admission pass for the Major Prize Winner and four (4) guests to the 2015 Coates Hire Sydney 500 to be held on 4-6 December 2015 at Sydney Olympic Park, valued at a maximum of $825.00; and
d) Two (2) spaces for two (2) children aged between 3-6 years in the Lightening McQueen Junior Race at the 2015 Coates Hire Sydney 500 on Saturday 5 December, 2015, valued at a maximum of $1,000.00; and
e) Three (3) Cars merchandise prize packs, valued at a maximum of $275.40; and
f) Five (5) tickets to a VIP Breakfast with Mark Winterbottom at the 2015 Coates Hire Sydney 500 (date is TBC), valued at $600.00; and
g) One (1) Hot Lap for one (1) adult at the 2015 Coates Hire Sydney 500 on Friday 4 December 2015, valued at $4,999.00.
THE TOTAL MAJOR PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED
AT A MAXIMUM OF $11,689.40
Each Runner-Up Prize is valued at a maximum of $2,700.40 and consists of:
a) Two (2) adult and three (3) child general admission passes to the 2015 Coates Hire Sydney 500 to be held on 4-6 December 2015 at Sydney Olympic Park, valued at a maximum of $825.00; and
b) Two (2) spaces for two (2) children aged between 3-6 years in the Lightening McQueen Junior Race at the 2015 Coates Hire Sydney 500 on Saturday 5 December, 2015, valued at a maximum of $1,000.00; and
c) Three (3) Cars merchandise prize packs, valued at a maximum of $275.40; and
