WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open only to all residents of Australia 18 years old and over, as of the date of entry, excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (Eligible Entrants).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
All references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia on the date stated. The promotion commences at 9.00am (AEST) on Monday 20th June 2016 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 30th September 2016 (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period:
(a) Purchase a product in an Australian UNIQLO store including one online;
(b) Retain the receipt as proof of purchase; and then
(c) Complete the entry form at takeofftotokyo.com by providing the following details:
(i.) First and last name;
(ii.) Email address;
(iii.) Favourite UNIQLO store;
(iv.) Postcode; and
(v.) Interest: e.g. menswear, womenswear or childrenswear.
PRIZE:
Each prize includes:
(a) Four (4) return economy class tickets from any Jetstar location in Australia to Tokyo (Narita), Japan. Prize includes internal domestic flights only if required for winners to fly to closest Jetstar port to fly to Tokyo (Narita) and 20kgs of checked baggage per person.
(b.) 3 nights’ accommodation in a 3-4 star hotel in Tokyo, Japan, as available at the time of booking on Jetstar Hotels: http://www.jetstar.com/au/en/hotels/
(c.) 2 hotel rooms will be booked for each group of 4 passengers travelling as part of prize travel; accommodation all guests will be booked at the same hotel.
