Win 1 of 5 FREE dozen vouchers for Krispy Kreme! - TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- To enter the entrant must ‘Like’ the Krispy Kreme Australia Facebook post on Monday 8th February 2016
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older. Entry is not open to residents of South Australia and Norther Territory
- Employees of Krispy Kreme Australia Pty Limited, Contractors, related agencies or members of immediate family (“Immediate family” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, siblings (whether natural or adopted by a parent) are ineligible to enter this competition
- Only one “Like” is permitted per Facebook account.
- Any costs associated with entering remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
- The competition commences 10:00am (AEST) Monday 8th February 2016 and closes on 9:00am AEST on Wednesday 10th February 2016. Entries will be deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
- There are 5 vouchers to be won. Each voucher is valid for 1 x Pick your Own Dozen Doughnuts. Maximum value of product is $27. Total value of prize pool is $135. Any single prize does not exceed $1,000 and total prize pool will be capped at $100,000.00
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Winners will be notified by a comment on the Krispy Kreme Australia Facebook competition post by 4:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 11th February 2016. Winners will be required to send back their name and e-mail address by e-mailing KK2YOU@krispykreme.com.au in order to receive the prize.
- Each winner will be sent their voucher via e-mail by Monday 15th February 2016.
- The random prize draw will take place at Level 1, Suite 1.04, 100 Collins Street Alexandria NSW 2015 at 2:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 11th February 2016. Winners will be selected at random in line with the national TPL requirements and under NSW permit –LTPM/16/00094
- Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winners, in the event that for any reason the winners cannot be notified after reasonable attempts, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after three months, it will be redrawn on Wednesday 11th May 2016 at the same time and place as the original draw and the winner notified by comment on Krispy Kreme Australia Facebook page.
- By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
