WHO CAN ENTER?

To be eligible to enter the Competition:
you must be a permanent resident of Australia;
if you are younger than 18 years old, your parent or guardian (over the age of 18) will need to agree to these Terms and Conditions (we may contact this person to confirm their agreement); and
neither you nor anyone in your immediate family may be an employee of Disney, affiliated with Disney or connected to the Competition in any way.
Disney may disqualify you if:
you or your Entry do not meet any one or more of the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions;
your Entry includes any objectionable material or infringes the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party; or
you tamper in any way with the operation of the Competition.
Your Entry must be complete, in English and legible.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, unforeseen legal or commercial circumstances or any other causes beyond the control of Disney which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Competition, Disney reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, delay or suspend the Competition.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Entry is open from 4:00PM (AEST) on Monday 27 April 2015 and closes at 11:59PM (AEST) on Sunday 31 May 2015 (the “Competition Period”).” Entry can only be made during the Competition Period. The Competition will be decided at 1:00PM (AEST) on Monday 1 June 2015 (the “Selection Date”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Star Wars May the 4th Competition (the “Competition”), entrants must go to www.disney.com.au/competitions/may-the-4th and click through to the Competition page during the Competition Period. There, entrants must complete and submit the entry form and complete the following task: “Tell us in 25 words or less why you love Star Wars” (together, the “Entry”).
PRIZES:
There will be five (5) prizes (each a “Prize”) to be won during the course of the Competition. Each Prize will consist of:

•         1 x Star Wars Hasbro Toy Pack valued at a maximum of AUD$458.75 RRP per Pack, including:


•         4 x Star Wars Hasbro 3.75” Saga Legends Figures (AUD$9.99 RRP each);


•         4 x Star Wars Hasbro 12” Titan Figures (AUD$16.99 RRP each);


•         4 x Star Wars Hasbro 3.75” Mission Series Figures (AUD$17.99.00 RRP each);


•         4 x Star Wars Hasbro Black Series 3.75” Figures (AUD$17.99 RRP each);


•         3 x Star Wars Hasbro Black Series 6” Figures (AUD$34.99 RRP each);


•         3 x Star Wars Hasbro Extendable Lightsaber (AUD$18.99 RRP each); and


•         3 x Star Wars Hasbro Rebels Mask ($14.99 RRP each).

The total Competition prize pool is valued at a maximum of AUD$2,293.75.
The Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices (inclusive of GST). Disney does not accept any responsibility for a change in Prize value.
