AUSSIE DROPS FACEBOOK COMPETITION

Principal entry requirement: Entrants (who must be eligible persons 13 years of age, or older) must purchase from any participating retail outlet anywhere in Australia one specially marked Aussie Drops 150g (each a "Promotion Product").
Competition Period: commences at 00:00 hrs on 1/8/15 and ends at 24:00 hrs on 30/9/15 (local time in place of prize claim).
Prizes will be drawn 1/10/2015 at 11am Sydney local time.
Entry method: via Aussie Drops Facebook Page.
Max Prizes and their $RRP:
5 x Apple Ipad Mini Wi-Fi 16G each valued at $299 (Nationally);
Maximum Total Prize Value:
The maximum total value of all prizes available to be won is at A$1,495
Prize distribution: Each Promotional Product will be packaged in a wrapper entitling the holder to a promotional code. The holder of such a wrapper may enter the code via the Aussie Drops Facebook page during the Competition Period. 5 codes will be selected to receive 1 of 5 Apple Ipad Mini Wi-Fi 16G.
CONDITIONS
PARTICIPATION
This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Confectionery Trading Co. Pty Ltd, ABN 67 002 397 266.
Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Entry to the Competition is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are in Australia and (ii) are 13 years of age, or older.
In this Competition, a "Promotional Product" is: (i) any Aussie Drops 150g, product packaged in a pack that refers to the Competition and which is purchased from any participating retail outlet anywhere in Australia.
There is a maximum of 60,000 Promotional Products available to be purchased.
COMPETITION PRIZES
 
5 of the Promotional Codes entered from the Promotional Products will be selected as a winner.
Each Winning Promotional Code entitles the holder to a free Apple Ipad Mini Wi-Fi 16G.
There is a maximum of 5 prizes available to be won.
The pool of prizes available to be won comprises a maximum of:
5 x Apple Ipad Mini Wi-Fi 16G each valued at $299;
The maximum total value of all prizes available to be won is A$1,495.
Winners will be announced via Aussie Drops Facebook page and will be contacted via direct email (as supplied by entrant)
Winner Must retain pack as proof of purchase to claim prize.
Winners have 3 months from initial point of contact to claim their prize.
If their prize has not been claimed within the 3-month period, another promotional code will be selected and the corresponding entrant will be contacted via email to receive the goods. This process will continue and until all goods have been claimed.
Only legitimate codes will be accepted and must be entered via the Aussie Drops Facebook Page. Each code is for single use and can only be entered a maximum of 1 times. Entrants must also “Like” the Aussie Drops Facebook page for their code to be accepted.
GENERAL
Except as expressly stated, the values of prizes are Recommended Retail Prices (“RRP”) as at 01/4/15. The RRPs may vary during the Competition Period.
If any Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any Prize is unavailable for any reason.
Rights to receive Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash
If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Competition or prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify an entrant’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010;
