WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to Australian residents only, excluding Western Australia.
Employees of the Promoter, including all retail staff, and their immediate families (including spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, bother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin) and associated agencies, providers and companies of the Promoter associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entry to the Promotion is only open to individuals aged 13 years or older. Entrants who are under the age of 18 at the time of participation in the Promotion must have their parent or guardian’s consent to enter and the parent or guardian of the Entrant must have read and is deemed to have consented to these Terms and Conditions. Parents or Guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of their consent of the Entrant entering this Promotion.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 9.00am (AEST) on Friday 1 May 2015 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Tuesday 5 May 2015 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible for entry, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) Visit www.facebook.com/michelspatisserie (“Page”);
(b) Provide a response to the following as posted on the Page on Friday 1 May 2015: “Tell us why your Mum deserves to be treated to a Mother’s Day Rosette Cake this Mother’s Day”.
(c) Click ‘Post’ to submit a response so it is received during the Promotion Period (“Entry”).
PRIZES:
Each Winner will receive one (1) x Michel’s Patisserie Mother’s Day Rosette Cake (“Prize”).
The Prize will be arranged to be collected from the outlet store of the winner’s choosing in any state or territory in which
there are Michel’s Patisserie stores except Western Australia.
Each Prize is valued at $39.90.
