1. Conditions of entryThe competition is open to people who sign up to the Cache Invest wait list.Directors, officers, management, contractors, business partners and employees (and theimmediate families of directors, officers, management, contractors, business partnersand employees) of Cache Investment Management Pty Ltd of 2/6 James Street, ManlyNSW 2095, ABN 94 624 306 430 (Cache) or any other company assisting in thepromotion of this competition are ineligible to enter.Entrants may only enter the competition once. Duplicate entries will be treated as asingle entry. Entrants that enter using multiple aliases may be disqualified.2. Competition dates and timesThe competition begins at 9am on 11th November 2019 and closed at midnight on 16thDecember 2019 (Competition Period). All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time(AEDT).Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are recorded on Cache’s databaseand not at the time of submission by the entrant.3. How to enterTo enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period:(a) visit www.cacheinvest.com.au(b) follow the prompts to sign up for the Cache waiting list, and(c) fully complete and submit the following information in the electronic form provided:1. the entrant’s name2. the entrant’s complete and accurate current email address, and3. a promotional code advertised by Cache for the purposes of this competition(noting that promotional codes may vary between promotional channels toassist Cache identify the promotional channel that was seen by the entrant).Entrants may provide the promotional code ‘CACHEPRIZE’ (whether or notthey receive another promotional code).Cache may determine that entries not complying with these terms be deemed invalid.4. Additional entriesSoon after entering the competition, entrants will receive an automated email to the emailaddress they provided on the online form. That email will contain a unique ‘referral code’generated for that entrant. Entrants that do not receive this email within a day of enteringthe competition should re-submit their entry with the same name and email address toensure that it has been received.Entrants may receive an additional entry into the competition for each other person thatenters the competition and provides the first entrant’s unique referral code as thepromotional code.5. PrizesThe Five (5) winners of the competition will each receive a pair of Apple AirPods Proswith Charging Case worth $399 RRP. Total prize pool of $1995. The prizes are nottransferrable or exchangeable.6. DrawThis competition is a game of chance.The winners will be determined by a random draw on 18 December 2019 at the businesslocation of 2/6 James Street, Manly, NSW 2095. Winners will be removed from the drawof subsequent prizes in the competition and cannot win twice.7. Notification and deliveryThe winners will be notified by email on 19 December 2019 and will also be published onwww.cacheinvest.com.au and will have 3 months to reply with their postal address.Cache may require proof of identification. The prize will be mailed within 14 businessdays of receipt of the winner’s details. A signature will be required upon delivery. Cacheis not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during delivery of the prize to thewinners.8. RedrawIf the winners have not replied to the email with the required information within 3 months,a redraw will be held at 11am on 19 March 2019 at the business location of 2/6 JamesStreet, Manly NSW 2095, and the same notification procedures will then take place.9. Entries not receivedCache is not liable for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate or other entries that (for any reason)fail to be accurately recorded on Cache’s database during the Competition Period. Cachehas no control over communications networks or user error and is not liable for problemsassociated with entries not being transmitted to it correctly.
