Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms & conditions.
3. The Promotion is open to New Zealand and Australian residents only.
4. The Promotion is restricted to persons 18 years and over.
5. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
6. The Promotion commences at 5pm New Zealand Time on the 27th of November 2018 and will continue until 23rd December 2018 12pm NZT
7. There a total of five prizes be won on a weekly basis, which consists of a mixture of Ceres Organics and sponsor products to a maximum value of $700.
8. For a valid entry into the prize draw you must:
A) Nominate yourself or another person.
B) Fill in all the mandatory fields on the form
C) Agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry;
9. Only entries received during the Promotion period and deemed appropriate will result in a valid entry into the Promotion.
10. Multiple entries are accepted per entrant providing each entry is unique.
11. Entries are open on the Monday from 12pm until the upcoming Sunday 12pm The prize draw will take place no later than close of business weekly on the following Monday at 10am for the valid entries received in the preceding week. All entries will be placed in the draw for the bonus prize draw, which will be drawn on 21st 3pm.
12. The winner will be contacted via email and announced across Facebook and Instagram.
13. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within one week of the Prize draw, that winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Prize may be redrawn on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
14. The actual prize may differ from any descriptions contained herein and/or from any images and/or descriptions shown in any promotional materials associated with the Promotion.
15. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
16. By entering into the Promotion, the participant acknowledges and warrants that the information submitted is their own.
17. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoter is not liable for entries that are late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or lost, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction whatsoever, and is in no way liable for any entries incorrectly lodged.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or amend any aspect of the promotion (including any prize or term) or cancel the promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
20. As a condition of participating, the Prize Participants indemnify the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with this Promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) which the Prize Participants may incur arising out of their participation in the Promotion and/or participating in the Prize, howsoever caused.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of any winner and to refuse to award a prize where the Promoter considers the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions or acted in a fraudulent, dishonest or disruptive manner, in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons.
22. Entries in the Promotion are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person’s telephone related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in the Promotion.
23. These Terms and Conditions of Entry are governed by, construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand and Australia and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand and Australia.
24. The Promoter reserves its right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Entry at any time for any reason. You agree that you will be bound by such changes and that you will not hold the Promoter liable for any losses resulting from any such changes.
26. Personal details of entrants will be held by the Promoter at 82 Carbine Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland, New Zealand and will be used by the Promoter for purposes relating to the Promotion only and this information will be destroyed when it is no longer required. Under the Privacy Act 1993 all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information held by the Promoter.
