- Excludes airport transfers, meals, personal expenses, visas, travel insurance, quarantine.
- Winners are responsible for complying with travel formalities required at the time of travel (visas, health tests, vaccinations, etc.).
- Tickets will be issued by email, and reservations must be made online.
- No-shows on booked flights will result in tickets being considered lost.
What happens if the prize is not claimed?
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not reply within 10 consecutive days to accept the prize and provide contact details, they may forfeit the prize. No compensation or indemnity will be provided.
