Win 1 of 5 Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphones & more! - WHO CAN ENTER? Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotion commences at 5pm AEST on 19 September 2014 and ends at 9am AEDST on 10 October 2014 (“Promotional Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: (a) take their best The X Factor ‘selfie’ (“Photo”), showcasing their enjoyment/fandom/love of all things The X Factor; and (b) visit www.yahoo.com.au/winwithdicksmith or the Dick Smith Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/dicksmithaustralia, follow the prompts to access the promotion entry page, input the requested details and upload their Photo including a caption stating what their favourite The X Factor moment so far has been and why it is their favourite (in 25 words or less), and submit the fully completed entry form. The favourite moment can be any moment from this season or previous seasons of The X Factor that has aired on Channel 7. Uploaded Photos must be submitted in JPEG or GIF format and must not exceed 5 MB file size. PRIZES: The best five (5) valid entries, as determined by the judges, will each win: a) A Samsung Galaxy S5 valued at $869;and b) A trip for the winner and a travel companion (16 years of age or over) to The X Factor performance taping in Sydney, NSW on 18 October 2014, valued at up to $4,950 depending on point of departure. Trip includes: • two (2) x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Sydney, NSW (only provided if winner resides outside of NSW); • return transfers from the airport to the hotel accommodation (only provided if winner resides outside of NSW), for the winner and his/her travel companion; • three (3) x nights twin or double share 5 star accommodation (at a hotel determined by the Promoter), including daily breakfast (set menu); • return shared minibus transfers between the hotel and Fox Studios (where the X Factor performance will be taped); and • two (2) tickets to the exclusive The X Factor performance taping on 18 October 2014. The winner and their companion will have an opportunity to stand in The X Factor mosh pit / studio audience and film performance sequences as advised by TXF digital production team. If the winner is from NSW, then the prize does not include airfares or airport/accommodation transfers and these components of the prize are not redeemable for cash. Prize is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations. Travel must be taken with flights departing on 17 October 2014 and retuning on 20 October 2014 and is subject to flight and booking availability.
