Win 1 of 5 Valentine's Day DVD prize packs! - Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Promotion commences 00:01 AEST 13 February, 2014 and closes 23:59pm AEST on 19 February, 2014. The judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judging will take place at Promoter’s premises, 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 21 February, 2014. The winners will be notified in writing and by telephone using contact details provided in their entry. To enter, individuals must purchase OK! Australia Magazine Issue 9 (on-sale 13, February, 2014) during the promotional period and follow the instructions on the competition page found in issue 9 of OK magazine. Entrants are required to log onto www.okmagazine.com.au/win and follow the prompts to the competition page and fill in the entry form including their full name, address, telephone number, date of birth, current email address and answer to the competition question in 25 words or less ‘How did you first fall in love?’ and submit the entry as instructed.  The best five (5) entries, as determined by the judges, will be deemed the major prize winners winners and will win one (1) prize pack valued at AU$199.75 including: · One (1) x DVD ‘About Time’ · One (1) x DVD ‘Anna Karenina’ · One (1) x DVD ‘Great Expectations’ · One (1) x DVD ‘The Host’ · One (1) x DVD ‘Love Actually’ The total prize pool from the entire promotional period is valued at AU$998.75 (including GST).
