Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and the prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. The Promotion is open to persons who:
a) are residents of Australia; and
b) if under 18 years of age have obtained their parent or guardian’s consent to enter the Promotion and whose parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms & Conditions; and
c) are not employees (or immediate family of such employees) of the Promoter, or any of its related corporations or any of the agencies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the prize); and
d) have not been discovered to have breached previous Promotions run by the Promoter (“Eligible Entrants”).
Immediate family members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse,
de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister.
4. The Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 10 May 2017 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 08 August 2017 (“Promotion Period”).
5. To enter, Eligible Entrants, must during the Promotion Period, log onto www.lovelibra.com/competitions/rollpressgo, register their details, complete and submit their entry.
6. One entry per Eligible Entrant is permitted.
7. There will be one draw and fifty (50) prizes awarded in this Promotion. The draw will take place at 2.00pm (AEST) on 15 August 2017 at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089.
8. Winners will be notified by phone and in writing by email, within 2 business days of the draw. The winners’ details will be published on www.lovelibra.com.au from 18 August 2017 for a period of 28 days.
9. The first fifty (50) eligible entries drawn will each win a Mecca Gift Card, valued at $100 (gift card conditions apply). The maximum total prizepool value is $5,000.
10. The prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. If a winner is under 18 years of age the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on their behalf.
11. Tax implications may arise from the prize winnings. In the event that a prize, or part of a prize, becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of the same theme and value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of a winner being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If a prize remains unclaimed by 22 November 2017,or is forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw at the same time and place as the original draw on 29 November 2017 subject to any applicable law. The winners, if any, will be notified by phone and in writing by email, within 2 business days of the draw. The winners’ details will be published on www.lovelibra.com.au from 6 December 2017 for a period of 28 days and any prize not claimed after this will be forfeited
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion including (but not limited to) any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
14. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or a consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to vary the rules of any Promotion or any prizes offered or cancel any Promotion if it is no longer able to run the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
16. Entrants can only enter in their own name and use their own email address. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize.
17. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
18. The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prize values are GST inclusive, are in Australian dollars, are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
19. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this Promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. Once prizes have left Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.
21. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
22. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated, by participating in this Promotion the Entrant is agreeing to the Promoter providing them with information in relation to the services and products of the Promoter.
23. Entrants acknowledge that all content posted on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram must be in accordance with their applicable terms.
24. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Each Entrant completely releases Facebook, Twitter and Instagram from any and all liability.
25. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the Promoter's office. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out in Condition 27 below. If entrants do not provide their personal information, the Promoter will not be able to award the entrant with a prize under this Promotion. A copy of the Promoter's Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of personal information may be accessed at https://www.lovelibra.com.au/privacy/
26. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
