How can they enter?

To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
(a) visit the L’OR website at https://www.lorespresso.com.au/masterchefcreations ;
(b) follow the prompts to the L’OR promotion registration form;
(c) enter the requested details as prompted; and
(d) submit the fully completed registration form.

What is the prize they can win and what is the total worth of the prize?

The first fifty (50) valid entries drawn will each win a personalized L’OR x MasterChef Masterpiece creative kit valued at $298.90 that will each include:
1 x L’OR Barista Premium Latte Coffee Machine valued at $249.00 AND;
1 x personalized L’OR x MasterChef Official Apron valued at $49.90.
The total prize pool value is $14,945.

What happens if there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant?

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

When and how will the winners be notified?

The draw will take place on 25/05/23 at 12:00 PM AEST. The winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winners will also be published online at https://shop.lorespresso.com.au/pages/masterchef-creations-competition-terms on 30/05/23.

Can the prize be exchanged or redeemed for cash?

No, the prize is not exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.

Who is responsible for the delivery of the prize?

The provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party supplier. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize.

What happens if a winner does not claim the prize?

If a winner does not claim the prize by the specified time, the prize will be forfeited.

Can the Promoter modify or cancel the promotion?

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion if it is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
