(d) input the requested details (including but not limited to their full name and their
valid email address);
(e) read and consent to the Terms and Conditions for the promotion by selecting the
relevant tick-box; and
(f) submit the fully completed entry form, so it is received by 11.59pm AEDST on 19
December 2013.
The first ten (10) valid entries drawn in each Minor Draw will win a signed copy of ‘Zumbo’ by Adriano Zumbo valued at $35. A total of fifty (50) prizes will be awarded for the entire promotion.
