The promotion is open to Australian residents only. Officers, employees, and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the Franchisee, and their related bodies corporate and contractors, and any other organization associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.

The promotion closes on Tuesday, 24th December 2024 at 11:59 pm.

To enter the promotion, participants must complete an entry form providing their name, address, daytime telephone number, and email. Additionally, they must answer in 25 words or less what magic they would make with Cricut this Christmas. Only one entry per person is allowed during the promotion period. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

There are fifty-four (54) prizes in total, with a total prize pool valued at $11,350. The prizes include: - First Prize: One (1) of two (2) Cricut Autopress valued at $1,299 each. - Second Prize: One (1) of two (2) Cricut Maker 3 Smart Cutting Machines valued at $699 each. - Third Prize: One (1) of four (4) Cricut Joy Xtra Bundles valued at $429 each. - Fourth Prize: One (1) of ten (10) Cricut Hat Presses valued at $229 each. - Fifth Prize: One (1) of four (4) Harvey Norman Gift Cards valued at $250 each. - Sixth Prize: One (1) of twenty-two (22) Cricut Material Bundles valued at $89 each. - Seventh Prize: One (1) of ten (10) Tigga Mac's Cake Hacks: Unbelievably fun and easy children's birthday cakes by Tegan Maccormack Books valued at $39 each.
