Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, BIG W retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEDST on 12/11/2015 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 23/12/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must spend $100 or more on any home entertainment product/s, in a single transaction, at any BIG W store nationally during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). In store purchases only, excludes online purchases. Upon completing a Qualifying Transaction, individuals will receive one (1) entry code for each $100 increment spent in a Qualifying Transaction (“Entry Code/s”), which will be printed on their Qualifying Transaction receipt. For example, if an individual spends between $100 and $199.99 in a Qualifying Transaction, he/she will receive one (1) Entry Code, if an individual spends between $200 and $299.99 in a Qualifying Transaction, he/she will receive two (2) Entry Codes, etc. A maximum of ten (10) Entry Codes will be provided per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent in excess of $1,000 in any Qualifying Transaction).
Entry to the promotion is not valid for purchases of, or using any/all Gift Cards, including but not limited to, Wish Gift Cards and all Woolworths Limited Gift Cards including BIG W, Woolworths, Safeway, Woolworths Petrol, Safeway Petrol, Dan Murphy's, BWS, Cellar Masters, Essentials, Masters Gift Cards, Apple iTunes Gift Cards and Google Play Gift Cards.
To enter, individuals must then visit bigw.com.au/win-big , follow the prompts to the promotional entry page, input the requested details, including their full name, a valid email address, contact telephone number, postal address and the Entry Code, and submit the fully completed entry form (“Entry Form”) so that it is received during the Promotional Period. Each entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are a provisional instant winner. An instant winner is someone whose valid entry is determined a winner at the point of entry.All valid entries received from winners and non-winners of an instant prize will be automatically placed in the Weekly Major Prize Draw (as defined below) that corresponds to the date and time at which they submitted their Entry Form, as set out in clause 13. All valid entries received from winners and non-winners of an instant prize will also automatically be placed in the unclaimed prize draw for any unclaimed instant win prizes and any unclaimed Weekly Major Prize Draw prizes.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid Entrants must retain their original BIG W Qualifying Transaction purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the BIG W store of purchase, the total spent and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) Entry Code and entry permitted per $100 increment spent in a Qualifying Transaction up to a maximum of ten (10) Entry Codes per Qualifying Transaction receipt; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. For the avoidance of doubt, if an individual has multiple Entry Codes on their purchase receipt, they must submit a separate entry in respect of each of those Entry Codes.
