Entry into this Competition is open to residents of Australia, England, New Zealand and Singapore who submit a valid entry in accordance with these Conditions. Employees and agents (and their families) of the Promoter and Just Group Ltd and its related companies are not eligible to enter this Competition. Entrants aged between 13 and 17 years must obtain consent from their parent or guardian before entering this competition.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Entry into this Competition commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on Wednesday 11th March 2015 and closes at 5:00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 31st March 2015 (Entry Period)
HOW TO ENTER:
Entry Method 1) INSTORE
Entrants can visit a Smiggle store in Australia, England, New Zealand or Singapore and find the hidden bunny in the store. Entrants will find a clue to find the hidden bunny at the counter. Entrants must then answer a question about what the bunny looks like, eg: how many whiskers does the bunny have? Entrants must then complete and submit an entry form in store with their answers and contact details.
Entry Method 2) ONLINE
Entrants can visit the smiggle website (www.smiggle.com) and find the hidden bunny in the online store. Entrants will find clue to find the bunny on the fun stuff page: http://www.smiggle.com.au/shop/en/smiggle/funstuff Entrants must then complete the entry form available online with their answers and contact details.
During the Entry Period, the bunny location will change on weekly basis. A new clue will be placed on the counter in smiggle stores in Australia, England, NZ and Singapore and on the smiggle.com website on Wednesday 11th March 2015, Wednesday 18th March 2015 and Wednesday 25st March 2015. Once the entrant has located the bunny instore or online, they are eligible to complete the entry form. The entrant will be asked to name the colour of the hidden bunny for that week and a question about the appearance of the bunny (eg, how many whiskers does the bunny have) along with their contact details. Entrants may only enter the draw once per week. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are late, lost, misdirected or not received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries which are incomplete, indecipherable or not submitted in accordance with these Conditions or received after the closing date specified in clause 2 will not be considered.
PRIZES:
There will be 9 winners in total: 4 winners resident in Australia, 3 winners resident in England and 1 winner resident in each of New Zealand and Singapore. Each winner will receive a smiggle ‘woodlands collection’ prize pack valued at $200(AUD, SGD or NZD) or £115(GB) – in each case depending on the place of residence of the winners. The prize must be taken as offered, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize pack contains: 1 x backpack, 1 x lunchbox, 1 x pop out pencil case, 1 x drawstring bag, 1 x wallet, 1 x media pouch, 1 x stencil book, 1 x slapband, 1 x 330 pencil case, 1 x bottle, 1 x foil and velvet activity book.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. Any operating, repair or ancillary costs associated with the prize or its redemption is the sole responsibility of the winner. The maximum total prize pool for each country is (AUD$800, NZD$200 or SGD$200 or £345(GB)– (depending on the place of residence of winners).
