Entry is only open to residents of NSW, VIC, and SA. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agencies, retailers and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Competition commences on December 1, 2015 and closes on January 31, 2016 at 11.59pm AEDST (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, open a new gas and/or electricity account/plan with EnergyAustralia (each an “Account”). The entrant must keep that Account with EnergyAustralia open until at least the draw time/date, they must not have a ‘transfer out pending’ status with the Promoter (i.e. must not be in the process of moving to a different provider) as at the time/date of the draw, and the payments on their Account must be up to date (i.e. not overdue) at the time/date of the draw to be eligible to receive a prize. Individuals will receive one (1) automatic entry for each new gas or electricity Account they open with EnergyAustralia during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, both new and existing EnergyAustralia customers are eligible to receive an entry, provided they open a new Account during the Promotional Period.
PRIZES:
The first two (2) valid entries drawn in each State Group Draw will each win a $3,000 Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd Voucher (“Major Prize”).
The next five (5) valid entries drawn in each State Group Draw will each win $300 credit with EnergyAustralia, which will be applied to their new Account (i.e. the Account corresponding to their winning entry) (“Minor Prize”). The credit will then be automatically deducted from the next occurring bill(s) issued for that Account until the balance of the $300 credit has been exhausted.
For the sake of clarity, there will be two (2) Major Prizes and five (5) Minor Prizes awarded in each State Group.
