WHO CAN ENTER?

Participation in the Competition is only open to persons who are an Eligible Person (as defined below) who are Members or become Members (as defined below) of the Program during the Competition Period (as defined below) and participate in the Program during the Competition Period (as defined below). An "Eligible Person" is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia aged 13 years or older; (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (iii) is not an employee of Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) Pty Ltd, ABN 68 076 594 119, or its related companies; and (iv) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of an excluded employee. Eligible Persons under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Eligible Person must read and consent to these Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Competition.
Membership of the Program and Participation in the Program
Each Eligible Person who wishes to enter the Competition via the Program Website (as defined below) must be or become a member of the Program in accordance with the Terms and Conditions available at www.cokerewards.com.au (“Program Website”) during the Competition Period (as defined below) and participate in the Program during the Competition Period (as defined below) (“Member”).
Information on how to participate in the Competition
Members who wish to participate in the Competition for the chance to win prizes (as set out below) must purchase a Promotional Product (as defined below) and submit their Unique Code (as defined below) found on the Promotional Product via the Program Website follow the prompts, click to enter and find our more section, click on Enter to accept the Conditions and be entered in the Major Prize Draw and the Instant Win Element during the period from 00:00hrs on 3/08/2015 until 23:59hrs on 13/09/2015 (“Competition Period”).
A "Promotional Product" is any 600mL PET Bottle of "Coca-Cola", "Diet Coca-Cola", "Coca-Cola Zero" or “Coca-Cola Vanilla”; that:
has been produced for sale, and sold by retail in Australia before the end of the Competition Period;
has been specially marked, with the Promoter’s authority, to identify it as being included in the Coke Rewards program; and
includes, on the reverse side of the label of the bottle a unique code that has been determined by the Promoter and affixed to the packaging with its authority (a “Unique Code”).
To submit a Unique Code at the Program Website, a Member must log on as a Member at the Program Website and follow the directions published there, including providing their user name and password and the Unique Code from the Promotional Product.
An Eligible Person must become a Member in accordance with Condition 7 before submitting a Unique Code. A Member must accept the Conditions into the Competition during the entry process at the auto generated pop-up screen once a Unique Code has been entered.
When a Member submits a Unique Code to the Promoter via the Program Website, and that submitted Unique Code is accepted by the Promoter, 10 tokens (“Tokens”) will be credited to that Member’s Token account (a “Token Account”).
The same Unique Code can only be submitted ONCE. A Member may not submit more than TEN Unique Codes during any period of 7 days starting at the beginning of a Monday and ending at the end of the following Sunday (a “Calendar Week”) of the Competition Period. A Unique Code that is received exactly on the start of a Calendar Week will be allocated to the Calendar Week that is just commencing (and not the Calendar Week that has just ended).
Only valid Unique Codes from Promotional Products will be accepted. Unrecognisable, incomplete, or invalid Unique Codes will not be accepted.
Unique Codes cannot be used in any other promotion, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Promoter may send out various communications to the Member, including if the submitted Unique Codes are unrecognised, or the Unique Code has already been received, or if they exceed the weekly limit imposed on the number of Unique Codes that can be submitted. The Member acknowledges that if the Member is disqualified from membership of the Program under the Program Terms, they will automatically be disqualified from this Competition
For each Unique Code submitted by a Member the Member MUST retain the whole of EVERY original Promotional Product label that bears the Unique Code submitted, as a Member’s entitlement to any benefits under the Program and to enter this Competition and to win prizes, and may be subject to verification at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. In order to establish any such entitlement, the Promoter may ask the Member to hand over to it (at no cost to the Member) any of the original labels that this Condition requires the Member to retain. A Member MUST comply with any such request within 7 days of it being made. A Member’s entitlement to any benefits under the Program and to enter this Competition and to win prizes may be declared void at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, if the Member does not comply with the request within 7 days of it being made or if any original label bearing a Unique Code that is produced to the Promoter for verification, is illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way, or if the label, or the Unique Code it may bear, or any part of any of them, fails the Promoter’s verification for any reason.
Major Prize Draw
There will be one (1) Major Prize available to be won for each week of the Competition Period, and a total of six (6) Major Prizes. Entries received between 00.00hrs on Monday through to Sunday on 23.59hrs in a particular week during the Competition Period will be entered into the Major Prize Draw for that week. The Major Prize Draw for a particular week will take place on the following Tuesday after entries close for the particular Major Prize Draw.
The Major Prize Draws will take place at Handling Matters, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale NSW 2100 at 10:00 hrs on each Tuesday from 11/08/2015 until 15/09/2015. Each Provisional Major Prize Winner will be contacted via email within two (2) business days of the relevant Major Prize Draw. Each Provisional Major Prize Winner will only be deemed a Major Prize Winner, subject to verification by the Promoter ("Major Prize Winner") in accordance with these Conditions, and will be published on the Program Website commencing each Thursday after the Major Prize Draw from 13/08/2015 until 17/09/2015. If a Provisional Major Prize Winner is found not to be an Eligible Person, or their entry is deemed invalid under these Conditions, then that Major Prize will be awarded in the Unclaimed Major Prize Draw.
The Unclaimed Major Prize Draw, if required, will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 22/09/2015, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Each unclaimed Provisional Major Prize Winner(s) will be contacted via email within two (2) business days of the unclaimed Major Prize Draw. Each unclaimed Provisional Major Prize Winner(s), if any, will only be deemed a Major Prize Winner, subject to verification by the Promoter ("Major Prize Winner") in accordance with these Conditions, and will be published on the Program Website from 24/09/2015.
The Major Prize Winners of this promotion will be awarded the “Major Prize” of the “Ultimate AFL Footy Weekend away for you and a mate!”, valued at up to $6,038 depending on point of departure, and contains:
Two (2) reserved seating tickets to the 2015 Toyota AFL Grand Final @ Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne on Saturday 3rd October 2015.
A behind the scenes tour of the Melbourne Cricket Ground prior to the match for winner and his/her companion. This is subject to the AFL rules and may change due to conditions on the day.
Two (2) economy return flights to Melbourne, VIC from the winner’s nearest capital city departing Friday 2nd October 2015 and returning Sunday 4th October 2015, if the winner is not from Melbourne.
Two (2) nights’ accommodation, twin share at the Rydges, Melbourne VIC on Friday 2nd October 2015 and Saturday 3rd October 2015.
Transfers for winner and companion to and from Tullamarine airport and to and from the AFL Grand Final.

If the Major Prize Winners are under the age of 18 years, during the entire duration of the Major Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany the Major Prize Winner and any other person under 18 years of age. Each Major Prize Winner (and his/her companion) are responsible for any further costs associated with redeeming the Major Prize which are not otherwise specified in these Conditions, including but not limited to, transfers to and from the departure point, additional spending money, food and beverage expenses, additional entertainment and/or miscellaneous expenses. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner (or his/her companion) at check-in to the accommodation, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable. Accommodation is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other destinations or cash. Selection of airline, departure and arrival destination, flight times and accommodation venue is at the Promoter’s discretion. The Major Prize must be taken between 2/10/2015 and 4/10/2015 to coincide with the AFL Grand Final and is subject to booking and flight availability. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the Major Prize Winner. Each Major Prize Winner (and his/her companion) will not accrue any frequent flyer points from taking the Major Prize. Transfers will be organised at the Promoter’s discretion. All components of the Major Prize must be taken together. The relevant Major Prize Winner and his/her companion must depart and return from the same point of departure. Travel Insurance is not included. The Promoter recommends that the travel insurance be taken out, and accepts no responsibility for any person failing to do so. All additional costs incurred whereby a winner (or his/her companion) wishes to make variations to the travel are the Major Prize Winner’s responsibility and must be booked separately by the winner. All travel variations are subject to approval by the Promoter. Travel variations include, but are not limited to extension of travel duration, and additional travellers.
Instant Win Element
There will also be 1000 instant win prizes (‘the Instant Prizes”) to be won over the Promotional Period as follows:

200 x $20 AFL Merchandise e-Vouchers valued at $20 each.
The Promoter will use a computer drawing system to randomly determine the winning times (“The Winning Times”). The first entries, received on or after each of the Winning Times will, subject to verification in accordance with these Conditions, win an instant prize. Pending verification, such persons will be informed immediately after submitting their eligible entry of their provisional win onscreen via the Program Website (“Provisional Instant Winners”). All Provisional Instant Winners will only be deemed winners once verified by the Promoter. Provisional Instant Winners of prizes will be published at the Program Website commencing on 10/10/2015. If a Provisional Instant Prize Winner is found not to be an Eligible Person, or their entry is deemed invalid under these Conditions, the Instant Prize will be awarded in the Unclaimed Instant Prize Draw.
The Unclaimed Instant Prize Draw, if required, will take place at the same time and place as the original Major Prize draw on 6/01/2016, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The unclaimed Provisional Instant Prize Winner(s) will be contacted via email within two (2) business days of the Unclaimed Instant Prize Draw. The unclaimed Provisional Instant Prize Winners, if any, will only be deemed the Instant Prize Winners, subject to verification by the Promoter ("Instant Prize Winners") in accordance with these Conditions, and will be published on the Program Website from 20/01/2016.
Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid Instant Prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Conditions, all Instant Prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. There will be a total of 1000 online instant win notifications for this Competition.
Verification of winning
Provisional Instant Winners of an Instant Prize will be verified online, by completion in full of an online declaration form provided by the Promoter on the Program Website.
Each Provisional Major Prize Winner (or their nominated parent or guardian on their behalf if under 18) must sign a declaration, legal release and indemnity in a form determined by the Promoter before being deemed a Major Prize Winner. Each companion of each Major Prize Winner must (or their nominated parent or guardian on their behalf if under 18) also sign a legal release and indemnity in a form determined by the Promoter before being permitted to take part in the Major Prize.
If requested by the Promoter, the Provisional Major Prize Winners or Provisional Instant Winners must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion:
appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim the prize and compliance with these Conditions; and
their Proof of Purchase that corresponds to all entries they have submitted in the Promotion, before the Promoter issues their prize.
If the verification items required by the Promoter are not received or a provisional winning entry has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the Provisional Instant Prize or Major Prize Winner’s entry will be invalid and, at the Promoter’s absolute discretion, all of the Provisional Instant Prize or Major Prize Winner’s remaining entries will be invalid. Prizes will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction.
Once Provisional Instant Prize or Major Prize Winners of a prize have satisfied the requirements of the Promoter’s verification process, the Provisional Instant Prize or Major Prize Winners will be deemed winners of the Competition and the relevant prizes will be awarded to them.
General Conditions
The total prize pool value is up to AUD $54,624 (including GST).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize. If any prize is unavailable, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may offer an alternative prize of equivalent value and specification, subject to any directions from a lottery authority.
If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition or the Program is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions of the lottery authorities, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition.
If a Member tampers with, or subverts, the processes relating to participation in the Competition or the Program, or may benefit from such tampering or subversion by any other person, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify that Member from the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the details of the Member, and request identification to establish their identity. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration or non-receipt of Member's communications (including submissions of Unique Codes). The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions (such as problems with telephone networks or lines, computer systems or software or internet service providers) or any failure of any internet communication or telephone communication to be received by the Promoter (whether as a result of technical problems or traffic congestion on any carrier network, on the internet or at any website). To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury or damage to any Member's (or any other person’s) computer or resulting from or otherwise relating to participation in this Competition (including by downloading materials relating to this Competition).
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPETITION OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING.
Unless otherwise stipulated, rights to receive any prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of a Member winning a prize. Members should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, or misdirected submission of Unique Codes or instant win notification messages.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition which may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition.
Any costs associated with accessing the Program Website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related companies and Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) Pty Ltd ABN 68 076 594 119 and agencies and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the Competition or prize, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a person’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Members who win a prize consent to: (i) the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media, including Facebook, TV, Outdoor or radio for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Program, the Promoter and/or 'Coca-Cola', ‘diet Coca-Cola’ and ‘Coca-Cola Zero’ beverages; and (ii) the Promoter authorising its related companies and Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) Pty Ltd (ABN 68 076 594 119) to do anything that they consent to the Promoter doing under this Condition.
Members' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer and promote the Competition and the winners of the Competition. The personal information of Members may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate the Competition. Consumers may contact the Promoter via the Program Website or by calling the toll free number 1800 006 552 or by emailing privacyofficerau@coca-cola.com to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter. Members acknowledge that their personal information may be supplied to organisations outside of Australia and they provide their consent for this to occur by participating in the Competition.
