PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Monday 10th August 2015 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 4th October 2015 (“Promotional Period”). HOW TO ENTER: This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of winners. To be eligible to enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period purchase any Chupa Chups product from the following ranges: - Chupa Chups Classics - Chupa Chups Minis - Melody Pops - Chupa Chups XXL Trio - Chupa Chups Chupa+Surprise - Chupa Chups Crazy Dips from any participating retailer nationally (“Eligible Products”). For the purposes of this Promotion, a participating retailer will be any retailer displaying material advertising this Promotion during the Promotional Period. To enter: take a photograph of your ‘Suckface’, featuring a Chupa Chups lollipop in the photo, which best shows you having fun and living a ‘Life Less Serious’ (Judging Criteria). Each entry will be individually judged according to its merits on basis of originality and creativity as determined by the judges in their sole discretion. Entrants must then, during the Promotional Period, upload the photograph to their Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram account(s) accompanied by the hashtag: #SUCKFACE. If the photo is uploaded to Facebook, it must be posted to the Chupa Chups (AU) Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com.au/ChupaChupsAustralia). Photographs must not contain or suggest themes or images which are lewd, obscene or offensive to any person, or which otherwise brings the Chupa Chups brand into disrepute. PRIZES: There will be 6 x HTC Desire Eye smartphones (RRP AU$588), 6 x 25u Chupa Chups share bags (RRP AU$5.50) and 30 x “Selfie Kits”, consisting of 1 x Selfie Stick (RRP AU$25.52), Assorted Props (RRP AU$22.95) and 1 x 25u Chupa Chups share bag (RRP AU$5.50).
