Who can enter?

Entry is open to Australian residents who are Telstra customers, aged 18 years or older, and members of Telstra Plus. Enterprise and corporate accounts are excluded. Telstra employees working with Telstra Plus, their agents, contractors, and immediate families are not eligible.

When does the competition close?

The competition runs from 10:00 AM AEDT on 17 December 2024 to 12:00 PM AEDT on 27 January 2025.

How can you enter?

Participants must have an active Telstra account and either: - Join Telstra Plus and enter by filling in the entry form (including mobile number and email) and choosing the preferred event location. - Be an existing Telstra Plus member and fill in the entry form (including mobile number and email) and choose the preferred event location. Only one entry per member is permitted, and a maximum of one prize can be awarded per member.

What is the prize?

The total prize pool consists of 60 prizes. Each prize includes 2 Goo Goo Dolls tickets, valued at approximately $304 (including GST). Winners will be randomly allocated tickets to an event at their preferred location.

The total prize pool is valued at $18,240 (including GST).

How will winners be notified?

Winners will be notified via email by 31 January 2025 and published on Telstra Plus. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on 7 February 2025, and winners will be contacted within two business days and published on Telstra Plus.
