Who can enter the competition?
Entry is open to Vodafone customers who are residents of New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, and Western Australia aged 18 or above. Employees of Vodafone, participating retailers, or associated agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
When does the competition close?
The competition closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Thursday, 15 August 2024.
How can one enter the competition?
To enter, eligible entrants must fill in their contact details and make a submission on Vodafone’s website at http://www.vodafone.com.au/ticket during the competition period. The required contact details include first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, post code, and state. Entrants will also need to select their desired show location.
What are the prizes and the details of the prize package?
There are 60 prizes in total, divided into 30 major prizes and 30 minor prizes. -
Major Prizes
: Each winner will receive: - 2x A-reserve tickets to a Billie Eilish concert (valued at $3,499.80 + GST per prize) with behind-the-scenes access. Shows are in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne. -
Minor Prizes
: Each winner will receive: - 2x A-reserve tickets to a Billie Eilish concert (valued at $499.80 + GST per prize). Shows are in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne. The total prize pool value is $119,988 (excluding GST).
How will the winner be selected and notified?
Winners will be randomly selected through a draw conducted by the promoter at 12:00 PM (AEST) on Monday, 19 August 2024. Winners will be notified in writing from around 12:00 PM (AEST) on Tuesday, 20 August 2024, via phone call and/or email. Winners must claim their prize by 9:00 AM (AEST) on Monday, 26 August 2024. If a prize is not claimed, a back-up winner will be selected and notified.

- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. - Winners are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs to the concert venue. - If the promoter is unable to supply the nominated prize, they reserve the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value. - Participation in any promotional activity (such as an interview) related to the competition is required and will be free of charge. - The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions. - This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or Live Nation.
