•Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia only and entrants must be over 18 years of age. •Employees of The Online Jewellery Company (OJ Co Pty Ltd) and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. •Competition opens 5pm (AEST) on 2 November 2016 until 12am (AEST) 21 November 2016. •The prize will be drawn at the offices of The Online Jewellery Company •The winners will be contacted by email. •The winners will be published on The Online Jewellery Company’s website ojco.com.au •If the prize winners cannot be contacted within 4 weeks of them being announced as the winners, then the prizes will be forfeited by the original winner and OJ Co will choose another winner to award the relevant prize to. •This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged on their individual merit. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible. OJ Co reserves the right to use the content of winning entries for the purpose of future promotions. •OJ Co is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion or with problems with transmission of entries over the internet. OJ Co will accept no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. •OJ Co reserve the right to remove any image/text entered if deemed necessary, no correspondence will be entered into in this matter. Entrants are advised not to include any offensive or inappropriate material in their entries, or any material that is not original and owned by the entrant, may be removed and deemed invalid. •If any of the prizes are unavailable for reasons beyond our control, OJ Co, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification – subject to the relevant state authority approval. •Subject to relevant state authority approval, OJ Co reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time. •Subject to relevant state authority approval, OJ Co reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in OJ Co’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) OJ Co cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that OJ Co cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prize it shall not: •(a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time. •Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, OJ Co shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition. •There are 7 prizes and one prize winner for each prize. The first prize winner will receive the diamond ring from The Online Jewellery Company of the style and price as promoted. The 2nd prize winner will receive one pair of diamond earrings from The Online Jewellery Company of the style and the price as promoted. The 4 runners up will receive one $100 gift card each from The Online Jewellery Company. To be used at ojco.com.au. •Image shown in promotional material is not true to size. •The 1st prize competition ring has a total diamond weight of 1carat and is set in 18kt white gold. OJ Co price $2999. •The 1st prize competition ring will be ‘made to order’ to a specific ring size – up to Size Q. (UK & Australian metric ring sizing). •One time order only of ring size for 1st prize winner; any additional resizing due to change of mind may incur a fee. •There will be a 3 - 4 week delivery time for the jewellery prizes, calculated from the time of obtaining relevant details from winner. •An independent valuation ‘for insurances purposes only’ will be supplied for 1st prize. •The 2nd prize earrings have a total diamond weight of 0.10ct and are set in 9kt white gold. OJ Co price $499. •A photograph of each winner will be requested to be used on OJ Co promotional material. If winner is local to Sydney this can be arranged at OJ Co’s premises. •By ticking the checkbox on the entry page ‘sign up to receive your birthday gift and other great offers’ you agree to receive promotional emails from The Online Jewellery Company. •Participants grant The Online Jewellery Company (OJ Co Pty Ltd) a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide licence to use, modify, adapt and publish their entry material (or ‘content’ you can choose) for marketing and purposes associated with this competition. Participants waive any moral rights in the material, and warrant that they are entitled to grant these in the material supplied.
