Entry is only open to NSW, VIC, SA, QLD and WA residents aged 18 years or over who: (a) are an employee of a business located within a 30km radius of Sydney CBD, Melbourne CBD, Adelaide CBD, Brisbane CBD and Perth CBD; (b) have access to their company fridge within their place of employment; and (c) have permission from all appropriate individuals (e.g. owner, manager, etc.) at their workplace to take photographs of the company fridge, enter this promotion and take the prize as described in these Terms and Conditions if selected as a winner (“Eligible Entrant”).
To be eligible to enter, Eligible Entrants must take an original and creative photograph which demonstrates how the fridge within their workplace is a ‘sad fridge’ (“Photograph”). For example, the Photograph could demonstrate, in a creative way, how empty/poorly stocked the fridge is, how unorganised, unlit and/or poorly cleaned the fridge is, how the fridge contains out of date items, etc. Any Photographs of an Eligible Entrant’s home fridge will not be considered for the purposes of this promotion. Eligible Entrants should demonstrate the ‘sadness’ of their workplace fridge in an original and creative way, as creativity and originality will be considered in the judging process. Photographs must not focus on any one particular brand of a product visible in the 'sad' fridge.
To enter, Eligible Entrants must then visit www.happyfridge.com.au, follow the prompts to the competition entry page and then during the Promotional Period: (a) upload their Photograph; (b) input the requested details including their full name, email address, phone number and the details of their workplace including the company name and street address; and (c) agree to accept the full Terms and Conditions for this promotion. Photographs can be uploaded directly from the Eligible Entrant’s computer or via their Instagram account. For the avoidance of doubt, individuals entering via a compatible phone/tablet will only be able to upload a Photograph via Instagram. The best five (5) valid entries in each Round, as determined by the judges, in each State/Territory group will each win; (a) twenty four (24) x 170 gram pots of Chobani Greek Yogurt stocked in a wooden crate valued at $59.76 for their workplace for consumption by the Eligible Entrant and their colleagues at the time of delivery (and for the purposes of Clause 17 below); and (b) a minimum of eight (8) cases and a maximum of two hundred (200) cases (depending on the number of fridges within the winning Eligible Entrant’s place of
employment and subject to availability and at the Promoter’s discretion) of 170 gram pots of Chobani Greek Yogurt to be stocked in the winning Eligible Entrant’s fridge/s at their place of employment. Each case contains eight (8) x 170 gram pots of Chobani Greek Yogurt and is valued at RRP$15.92. Total maximum value of each prize is up to $3,243.76. Flavours of the yoghurt will be mixed and determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Prizes will be awarded to the Eligible Entrant at their place of employment (being the business address indicated at the time of entry) at a time mutually agreed
between the winner and the Promoter. In the event that agreement cannot be
reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the delivery time and
date, acting reasonably.
