1. Who can enter the Helinox + Arc’teryx Competition and what are these terms about?
These terms and conditions apply to the Helinox + Arc’teryx Competition ("the Competition"). By entering, entrants agree to abide by these terms. An entrant is someone who participates in the Competition by following the guidelines set out in these terms.
2. Who is excluded from entering?
Employees of Sea to Summit Pty Ltd and Arc’teryx, their contractors, and those connected with the Competition cannot enter. Immediate family of these individuals are also ineligible.
3. How do I enter the Competition?
To enter, an entrant must subscribe to the Helinox and Arc’teryx newsletter using a valid email address on www.Helinox.com.au. Subscribers will automatically be entered into the draw. Each person can submit only one entry.

4. When does the Competition start and end?
The Competition starts at 12:00 am (WST) on Monday, August 7, 2023, and ends at 11:59 pm (WST) on Sunday, September 3, 2023.
5. What are the eligibility criteria?
Entrants must be residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older.
6. What's the prize and how can winners claim it?
The total prize value is $4,300 worth of Helinox and Arc’teryx ReBIRD gear. There are eight prizes in total. Winners must claim their prize by replying to the email notification sent by the Sea to Summit Distribution Marketing Team. Winners have until 11:59 pm on Sunday, September 17, 2023, to claim their prize.
7. How are winners selected and when will they be notified?
Winners will be randomly selected on Monday, September 4, 2023. If a winner cannot be contacted by September 17, 2023, a redraw will take place on Monday, September 18, 2023. Winners will be notified via email.
8. Can winners be showcased on social media?
Winners' entries may be featured on Sea to Summit’s and Arc’teryx’s social media platforms without prior permission.
9. Are decisions final?
Decisions made by Sea to Summit and Arc’teryx concerning the Competition are final and cannot be contested.
10. What about personal information and privacy?
Personal information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Sea to Summit and Arc’teryx.
11. Is this promotion sponsored by social media platforms?
This promotion is not sponsored by Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social network.
