The promotion commences at 09:00 AEDST on 21 February 2014 and closes at 23:59 AEST on 7 March 2014. The judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The Judging will begin at 11 March 2014 at the Promoter's premises 54 Park Street Sydney NSW 2000. The winners will be notified by email and by telephone using the contact details provided in their entry. To be eligible to enter, individuals must go to www.dolly.com.au and follow the prompts to the competition page and fill in the entry form including their full name, address, current email address, daytime telephone number and answer to the competition question in 25 words or less: "What do you think makes Katy Perry a Killer Queen?” and submit your entry as instructed. One entry per person permitted.
