Win 1 of 8 signed PhotoBooks! - TERMS & CONDITIONS: THE COMPETITION 1. "Nat Geo" is a competition that runs from 15/08/2016 to 30/10/2016. 2. Information on how to enter the competition and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. THE PROMOTER 3. The Promoter is Ted’s Cameras 4. Ted’s Cameras reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time and change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to any participant, if this is necessitated by unforeseen circumstances beyond Ted’s Cameras’ reasonable control ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY 5. Any Australian over the age of 18 may participate. 6. The competition is only open to residents of Australia. 8. Entrants must provide the following personal details: full name, email address and a day time contact number or mobile phone number 9. Entries must be 25 words or less 10. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have agreed to and shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions NON-ELIGIBILITY 11. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter 12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights 13. Incomplete and indecipherable entries and any entry which has incorrectly entered personal information or contact details shall be deemed an invalid entry WINNERS 14. The Prizes (as defined below) will be awarded to the top entrant as decided by the judging panel 15. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The Promoter may select additional reserve entries in the case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is selected as a winner 16. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into between the Promoter and the entrants in this respect 17. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter within four (4) business days after the end date of the Competition 18. The winner will be announced on the website www.teds.com.au within five (5) business days after the end date of the Competition. PRIZES 19.
