The Event commences on December 1st, 2021 and closes as of 11:59 pm UTC+8 on December 24th, 2021 (the “Event Period”). The Event offers participants the opportunity to win specified prizes.
The Event is open only to Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram followers of ViewSonic aged 18, excluding employees of ViewSonic and their affiliated companies and their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

This Event is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media platform. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform. Valid Entry must meet all Event requirements and Gleam.io terms of service to be eligible. There will be 9 (nine) winners selected by random drawing from all eligible entries through the Gleam platform during the Event Period. Each winner will win 1 (one) of the aforesaid prizes to be designated by the Promotor at the Promotor’s discretion. All Entries must be submitted and received by 11:59pm UTC+8 on December 24th, 2021 to be eligible. Employees of ViewSonic Corporation, and each of their respective agents and immediate families are not eligible. ViewSonic assumes no liability for lost, mutilated or misdirected Entries. All incidental expenses and taxes not specified herein will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner(s) will have 72 hours from the time ViewSonic dispatches the email to respond and accept the prize via email reply. If ViewSonic does not receive the email reply from the aforesaid winner(s) within the aforesaid time period, the prize will be forfeited.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose. Prize may not be assigned and no substitutions or cash redemptions are available except at Promoter’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winners will be selected on or after January 7th, 2022 from all eligible entries received during the Event Period. Winner will be notified by mail, phone, or e-mail. Void where prohibited.
Once the Promoter receives a confirmation back from the winners with their postal address and contact details, the Promoter will endeavor to dispatch the prize within 60 days, but the Promoter shall not be liable for any delay in, or failure to send a prize, if such delay or failure arises from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation any act of God, Governmental act (including any act of any foreign government, the European Community or other international body), war, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, tempest, explosion, civil commotion, riot, insurrection or act of terrorism, failure of a third party or industrial action.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event. By entering the Event, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Event.
By entering, participant(s) will be included in future promotions and news from ViewSonic International Corporation. Unless prohibited by applicable law, entry constitutes permission to use an entrant's Entry, name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials in all media, in perpetuity, in any manner ViewSonic deems appropriate for publicity purposes without any further compensation to such entrant. By entering or accepting a prize in the Event, winners agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to conform to all applicable laws and regulations. The Event is void in where prohibited or restricted by law. All local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrant(s) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Event and/or by accepting any prize that he or she may win, entrant(s) agree to release the Promoter, the Event Administrator, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and all other social media platforms used as entry mechanisms as described herein and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Event, Entries submitted and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrant(s) authorize the Released Parties to use their Entries, name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. The Promoter reserves all rights relating to the Promoter's social media pages, including but not limited to: (i) adding, removing, or modifying any content posted on the account, (ii) blocking other users; and (iii) discontinuing the account at any time.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Taipei City Court in Taiwan.
