Win 1 of Les Accessoires d'Audrey's latest creations or a $75 voucher! - The prize draw will end on the 7th of April 2013.
The first prize for one winner is one garment from the label “Les Accessoires d’Audrey”, available for sale on www.frenchfashiononline.com. The size will be S, M, L or XL depending on winner’s choice and subject to stock availability. The garment must be selected within 3 days of announcing the winner as availability may be limited. The second prize is a voucher to the value of 75 AUD valid on French Fashion Online until the 31st of May 2013. The third prize is a voucher to the value of 50 AUD valid on French Fashion Online until the 31st of May 2013.
Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter this prize draw.
Entrants must have a residential address in the following states of Australia: Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, Nortern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia. Any entrants from outside these areas will not be included in the prize draw.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in the entrant being disqualified. This prize draw is not open to trade (commercial) or wholesale customers.
Entrants must have read these Terms and Conditions. Entering this prize draw also confirms that you have read these terms and conditions.
The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The prize will be shipped by regular mail.
The winner will be drawn at random by the French Fashion Online director and under independent supervision.
The prize draw will take place within 5 working days of the closing date and the winners will be contacted via email.
French Fashion Online will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner but if they are unable to be contacted by the 19th of April, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
French Fashion Online accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by a technical fault.

French Fashion Online reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, French Fashion Online and Facebook excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the prize draw, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under French fashion Online’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by French fashion Online) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
