Directors, managers and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers (i.e. Chemist Warehouse, My
Chemist , Discount Vitamin Warehouse Pharmacy, Chemist Warehouse online store and ePharmacy online store) and agencies associated
with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child
(whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother,
step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 25/01/16 and closes at 11:59pm AEDST on 04/03/16 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period:
A. Purchase any Centrum or Caltrate product from any participating Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist Discount Vitamin Warehouse Pharmacy, Chemist Warehouse online store or ePharmacy online store; an
B. Visit www.centrumandcaltratecashcompetition.com.au External Links icon, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, telephone and address details together with the barcode of the purchased Centrum or Caltrate product and submit the fully completed online entry form.
Multiple entries are permitted subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; (c) unrecognised barcode numbers will be deemed invalid; and (d) a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day is permitted. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) and product barcode(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
PRIZES:
The first valid drawn will win $10,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a cheque. The next thirty (30) valid entries drawn will each win a $50 EFTPOS Gift Card.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the EFTPOS gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the EFTPOS gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the EFTPOS gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the EFTPOS gift card.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize, then the prize will be forfeited.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified
Total prize pool value is $11,500.
