Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences 14 March 2016 at 09:00 am AEDST and closes 20 April 2016 at 23:59 pm AEST (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To submit an entry into the Promotion (Entry), you must, during the Promotion Period:
1. log onto the My Sumo website at www.mysumo.com.au (MySumo Website);
2. follow the link to the Promotion on the MySumo Website;
3. complete the entry form, including:
(a) Designing your signature MY SUMO salad (Salad) [by selecting the
ingredients from the available options and dressings] and creating a
catchy name for your Salad;
(b) confirm the details of your Salad;
(c) enter your personal contact information, including name and email
address; and
(d) press ‘submit’ to submit your Salad and enter the Promotion.
PRIZE:
The Prize consists of:
(a) $10,000 prize money; and
(b) 1% of gross revenue received by SumoSalad is calculated as RRP (ex
gst) of winning salad x qty sold in store at [all Australian SumoSalad
outlets/SumoSalad’s company operated SumoSalad outlets (excluding
airport stores, Mildura, Southland pop up, High point pop up)] during the
period of 12 May to 10 June up to a maximum of $10,000 (Share of Salad
Sales);
(collectively, the Prize).
(22) Total prize value is up to a maximum of AUD $20,000.
