Win $10,000 cash or a $10,000 diamond! - HOW TO ENTER To be eligible to enter to win, Entrants must, during the Promo Period: (a) purchase any Cold Rock Ice Cream product, excluding packaged drinks, tea and coffee; (b) receive a Cold Rock promotion coupon which contains a unique code (Coupon) at the time of making the purchase. Entrants will only receive one (1) Coupon per purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, if more than one (1) product is purchased in one (1) transaction, the Entrant will only receive one (1) Coupon. Entrants must visit https://www.facebook.com/OfficialColdRock (“CR Facebook Page”); and (a) ‘Like’ the CR Facebook Page; (b) follow the links to the promotion app ; and (c) fully complete the online entry including: i. entering the unique code printed on the Coupon; and ii. provide any other details requested by the Promoter, THE PRIZE (“Prize”) The winner will be able to elect to receive either $10,000 (ten thousand Australian Dollars) in cash, payable to the Entrant in the form of a cheque, OR a diamond with a wholesale value of up to $10,000 (incl. GST) If the winner elects the diamond prize, the Promoter will nominate its chosen wholesaler jeweler located in the winner’s nearest Australian Capital City. The winner will be required to make their own way to the Promoter’s chosen wholesaler jeweler in order to redeem the diamond prize on or before 10/06/2014. The wholesale value is entirely at the discretion of the Promoter’s chosen wholesaler jeweler, but which will have a retail (or insurable) value exceeding $10,000.
