The Promoter may amend the Promotional Period in accordance with state legislative rules.
Contesting Period Dates Weekdays only, from 07 Jan 2019 to 25 Jan 2019 (some days may be excluded).
Times Between 06:00 and 17:00 AWST
"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrants must not have won a prize to the value of $100 or more in any Promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous thirty
(30) days prior to their entry in this Promotion.
Entrants must be able to answer their phone for the Major Prize Draw for the re.
Relev ant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of WA.
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, entrants must be directed by a telephone exchange provider to the specific
station in that state of broadcast when calling the station competition line.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt
to enter.
Entry Procedure 1. On a Contesting Day, listen to Mix94.5 Perth and telephone the station competition line (1 333 53) following the
broadcast of a cue to call; and
2. Be selected by the Promoter (who will judge entrants off air in accordance with the Judging Details) as the
Contestant for that Contesting Segment (“Contestant”) to receive a Minor Prize and participate in an on-air contest
for the chance to win a Major Prize:
a) The Contestant will be played audio of a montage of songs.
b) If the Contestant can correctly identify the number of songs by Australian artists they receive one (1) entry in the
Major Prize Draw for that week of the Contesting Period (a "Contesting Week")
c) If the Contestant cannot correctly identify the amount of songs by Australian artists, they will not recei ve an
entry in the Major Prize Draw.
After each Contesting Week, the Promoter will conduct a draw in accordance with the Draw Details from all valid entries from
that Contesting Week to determine one (1) Major Prize Finalist.
The Promoter will call the Major Prize Finalist on the phone number they provided to the Promoter.
If the Major Prize Finalist answers their phone within the specified time frame, they will be determined as the Major Prize
Winner and will win a Major Prize.
If the Major Prize Finalist does not answer their phone within the time specified by the Promoter or the call goes to voicemail,
they will not win the Major Prize and the Promoter will draw another Finalist in their place. This will continue until a Major Prize
has been awarded for that Contesting Week.

The first valid entry randomly drawn in each draw will be determined as a Major Prize Finalist and must participate as per th e
Entry Procedure. Non-winning entries do not roll over into subsequent draws. There is a limit of one (1) Major Prize per

Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, or as otherwise specified. Where
entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and there may be a time
factor applied.

Notification of
