An Entrant is eligible to win the Prize if they: c) are an existing Channel [V] member or register for Channel [V] membership online at www.vmusic.com.au; and are not: d) employees of: i. the Promoter, Optus, or Telstra; ii. the Supplier; iii. any corporations or agencies related to the entities in paragraphs (i) and (ii) above; or iv. any of the Relevant Parties; or e) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by marriage or adoption) of a person who is an employee of any of the entities listed in paragraph (d ) above. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period: a) log onto the Website; b) vote for their favourite artist in the “Channel [V] OZ Artist of the Year” countdown; and c) submit their name, daytime contact phone number, and email address. * Regular artist eliminations (based on the number of votes received) will take place throughout the Promotion Period. Once an artist is eliminated, entrants can no longer vote for them. Votes for eliminated artists will still be eligible to win the Prize. BONUS ENTRY: Entrants will be given the opportunity to receive two (2) bonus entries into the Promotion, if they complete a short survey off the back of their original entry. PRIZE: The Prize shall consist of $10,000 cash in the form of a crossed cheque made out to the Winner or by direct electronic funds transfer to the Winner’s nominated bank account.
