Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18, as of the date of entry who have fulfilled the requirements set out below.
Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter and Promoter’s franchisees and associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex- spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin. The Promoter is Choice Hotels Australasia Pty Ltd (ABN 41 081 959 891) of 150 Jolimont Road, East Melbourne Victoria 3002 Australia (the ‘Promoter’).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences 09/07/15 at 00:01 AEST (the Commencement Date). Reservations must be confirmed by 30/09/2015 at 23:59 AEST (the Reservation Confirmation Date) for stays that must be completed by 31/10/2015 at 23:59 AEDT (the ‘Stay Completion Date’) (Collectively the Promotional Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
The competition may be entered as follows during the Promotional Period (defined below):
By making a reservation and consuming a stay at one of the Promoter’s franchised Econo Lodge®, Comfort™, Quality™, Clarion® or Ascend Hotel Collection® properties in Australia (each a ‘Choice Hotels® location’) via one of the below methods.
Booking through the Promoter’s website(www.choicehotels.com.au); or
Booking through the Promoter’s contact centre by calling 13 24 00 or 1800 116 004.
Reservations must be confirmed through one of the above methods by the Reservation Confirmation Date (defined below) for bookings that are confirmed by the Stay Completion Date (defined below).
