Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents (“ELIGIBLE ENTRANT”). Eligible Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Eligible Entrant must read and consent to these terms and conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoters to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Promotion. Failure of an Eligible Entrant’s parent/guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release/agreement under this clause will invalidate all of that Eligible Entrant’s Entries.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters, Doctor’s Associates Inc. (“DAI”), Franchise World Headquarters, (“FWH”), Subway Realty Pty Ltd (“SRPL”), Subway Systems Australia Pty Ltd (“SSA”) and agencies associated with this Promotion (including the Administrator) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion will be open from 09:00am AEST on 24/08/2015 and will close at 11:59pm AEST on 27/09/2015 (“PROMOTION PERIOD”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period:
(a) submit a piece of content that embodies their ‘ultimate go', the meaning of which is entirely open to each Eligible Entrant's creative interpretation, and can be anything the entrant desires, for example a life experience or travel experience ("ULTIMATE GO") in the form of a photograph or short video ("CONTENT"); upload the Content to the Eligible Entrant's Twitter or Instagram account; and
(b) hashtag their uploaded Content with #EatWellGo in one of two ways;
1. Instagram: Eligible Entrants must upload their Content onto their Instagram account, with the hashtag #EatWellGo, during the Promotion Period. Eligible Entrants must ensure that their Instagram account is a public (not private) Instagram account to be eligible to participate, or
2. Twitter: Eligible Entrants must upload their Content onto their Twitter account and hashtag #EatWellGo; and
(c) accept these terms and conditions; and
(d) be a member or subscriber of the Instagram or Twitter social media platforms at the time of submitting an entry and have an active account.
