Who can enter?

- The promotion is open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over and are the legal owner of the dog they will enter into this Promotion.

When does it close?

- The Promotional Period starts on 21/08/2023 at 09:00 am AEST and ends on 29/10/23 at 11:59 pm AEDT.

How can one enter?

- To enter, participants need to:
- Take a photo of their dog ("Photo").
- Visit www.aussiedogoftheyear.com and follow the prompts to the entry page.
- Provide personal details, dog's name, dog's breed, and answer a promotional question in 150 words or less.
- Upload the Photo (as a JPG file, max. 4MB).
- Confirm legal ownership of the dog in the Photo.
- Consent to the terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
- Optionally select the box to receive communications or offers from Simparica Trio.
- Submit the completed online entry form.

What is the prize won?

- Prize: AUD $10,000.00.
- The prize will be paid by direct deposit to an Australian bank account in the winner’s name.

Total worth of the prize:

- Total Prize Pool: AUD $10,000.00.

Additional Entry Details:

- Multiple entries permitted with limitations:
- One entry permitted per dog.
- Maximum of two entries per household.

- In the event of an unclaimed prize, the Promoter may assign the prize to the next best entry, conduct a further judging, or withdraw the prize unawarded.
